37. Grenada 1983 - R&R at Grand Anse

The Grand Anse College Campus

Before we left the island the unit to which we were attached received a day of R&R (Rest & Relation) at the Grand Anse campus of the St George's University Medical School.  We were assigned rooms to stay in, and we checked in our weapons in an Arms room so we didn't have to carry our M-16s around all day.  Tommy and I had a nice day on the beach.
